As a Production Operations Representative, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly of electronic products and components. Job Title: Production Operations Senior Representative - ALL SHIFTS

Location: FRANKLIN, MA

Schedule & Pay Rate:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM — $19/hr 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM — $20.90/hr 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM — $21.85/hr

What's the Job?

Use various tools to assemble electronic products and components Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process Read blueprints and schematics for proper assembly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of experience in a production role using various tools Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Flexibility to work on Sundays through Thursdays
