We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

We’re making a major investment in innovation: launching a state-of-the-art, purpose-built compounding department in Thetford.

This is not business as usual. We’re introducing semi-automation to transform productivity, reduce manual processes, and lead the way in compounding excellence where you will be providing patients with life saving chemotherapy and antibiotics.

Now all we need is you — a proven leader ready to take the reins.

The Role:

As our new Operations Manager, you’ll build and lead a brand-new team in a highly regulated GMP environment.

You’ll be the engine behind our operational processes, collaborating across functions, developing capacity plans, and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards.

What you’ll drive:

Leadership of day-to-day compounding operationsCross-functional collaboration with QA, engineering, and supply chainCapacity planning and resource optimizationContinuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma – we love it!)Budget and financial performanceBuilding a strong, high-performing team from the ground up

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with:

Leadership experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices (GMP is a must!)Passion for process improvement and operational excellenceA leader able to motivate and drive a teamFinancial acumen and strong analytical mindsetA team-first mentality and the drive to make things happen under tight timelines
