The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a moderate-sized manufacturing team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines while fostering collaboration, managing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing processes and driving overall performance improvement. **Your role:** + Upholds stringent adherence to specifications and requirements throughout the production process to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards. + Takes charge of leading Lean projects, overseeing the implementation of strategies aimed at streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Develops strategies to maximize manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, cost of non-quality, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency to bolster operational effectiveness and streamline production processes. + Ensures comprehensive training programs are in place for operators, covering production processes and Health & Safety protocols, thereby prioritizing their competence and safety during task execution. + Collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of production objectives with broader organizational goals, facilitating effective communication and strategic decision-making. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent. + Your skills include Environment Health and Safety, Manufacturing Principles, Quality Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, People Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Process Engineering, Change Management, KPI Management, Strategic Planning, Business Acumen + You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
