ActivitiesAs a Production Methods Engineer, you will:

Methods
Engage with Engineering on projects from an operational perspectivePlan and perform Offshore Sites visits on operational topicsRisk and Opportunity job review with Offshore Site SuperintendentsParticipate in HAZOP, HAZID, Downgraded Situation assessments etc.Participate in review / update on local platform procedures, deliver template, document numbers and collect final signaturesContribute with shortfall estimation / validation for short- and long-term activitiesComment and challenge Requirement For Modification proposals from an operational perspectiveFollow-up and finalize Shutdown reports in corporation with Offshore Site teams.Provide proper follow-up and ensure Root Cause Analysis and Remediation plans are issuedSupport roll-out of new procedures.
Production Optimization
Support urgent and critical requests and Offshore Sites in diagnostics, checks and trouble shootingEnsure a good relay with Planning and Operations Coordination team members when production is at stakeSupport production optimization is identified and implemented on short- and long-term plans considering shortfall Candidate ProfileWhat You Bring to the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and supporting site operations, including techniques, procedures, and optimization tasks. You will conduct frequent visits to offshore installations, with a minimum of one trip per month, ensuring compliance with design data and planning corrective actions as needed. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure the successful execution of inspection and maintenance activities. You’ll also build your expertise and strengthen your presence on site.
Your Background
Relevant engineering or technical degreeExperience in Oil & Gas industry (preferably from site as permit coordinator, production supervisor or similar)Analytical and methodical mindsetStrong in connecting and collaborating with Onshore colleagues across departments and Offshore Sites.A proven ability to work across teams and adapt to changeA clear focus on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)Fluency in English.
