Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Shawarma Cone production (not from restaurant kitchens) to lead and support the launch of a new product category within our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in shawarma cone manufacturing, team leadership, and deep knowledge of production machinery, recipes, techniques, and productivity optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Shawarma Cone production line.
Develop and refine shawarma recipes, blends, and production techniques for optimal performance and quality.
Lead, train, and manage production staff to achieve high levels of efficiency and output.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment related to shawarma production.
Monitor productivity and yield and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D teams on product development and innovation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in industrial shawarma cone production (not from restaurants).
Strong knowledge of machinery, production processes, and yield optimization.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Candidates must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
Language: Proficiency in Arabic or English is required.
