We are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations in the plant of Tirana.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily production activities ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met Optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Implement and monitor KPIs related to productivity, waste, and line performance (OEE) Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams on technical upgrades and preventive maintenance plans Manage and develop a team of shift supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations. Support the execution of Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives

 

Requirements

Experience in production or operations management within the FMCG sector Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) Familiarity with packaging or bottling lines is a strong plus Excellent organizational and leadership skills Fluency in English or Italian (B2+ level)
