What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are metDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce downtimeCollaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operationsMonitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actionsFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and team development

Who We are Looking For

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced industrial environmentStrong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standardsSkilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimizationEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departmentsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting. It requires regular presence on the production floor, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to respond to operational needs in real time.
