工作职责：

负责生产策略发展及目标设定（生产成本、设备利用、生产可能性等）；负责对参与生产目标及预算设计人员提供指导、培训，并提出期望值。给团队、个人压力，设定、监控并达到与生产策略和目标相一致的目标；达成EHS部门设定的EHS目标，符合规定的要求。通过个人行为表明工作的优先性，以身作则实现承诺目标；营造培养生产团队和个人能力的氛围。建立希望的行为准则，充当行为典范；通过个体沟通，建立沟通与学习系统。确保工作流程的实施，效率不断提高，操作纪律更加有效执行，管理系统不断完善；确保所需资源到位，以满足生产要求，达成生产特定目标；确保系统到位，以便降低变数，生产高质量产品，满足客户要求；向生产人员提供行政指导和辅导（如角色辨别、角色期望、员工发展、配置，奖励制度等）。确保生产团队和其他部门有效合作（如维修、EHS、物流等）。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，化工相关专业；化工行业10年以上工作经验，生产管理岗位工作经历三年以上；有外资化工企业工作经历优先。良好的团队建设能力；熟悉生产操作流程；良好的沟通能力和执行能力，较好地英语沟通能力。
