**Overview**
+ We’re looking for a committed Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is key to managing production timelines, ensuring product quality, and guiding a team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Production Manager will work closely with departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to streamline operations and uphold regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Direct and manage daily production activities for optimal efficiency
+ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet output goals and quality benchmarks
+ Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols
+ Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and QA to support seamless operations
+ Track equipment performance and arrange maintenance as needed
+ Drive process enhancements to boost productivity and minimize waste
+ Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and internal standards
+ Analyze production data and report key metrics to senior leadership
**Required Experience & Skills**
+ Minimum 5 years in a production or manufacturing leadership role, ideally within the food or beverage sector
+ Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively
+ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
+ Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and other food industry compliance standards

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis,IN.
