Production Manager Requisition ID: 45963 Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **The Impact You'll Make** As Production Manager you will manage and direct the Manufacturing team (Manufacturing Supervision) to ensure the achievement of the plant goals focusing on employee safety, product quality, on-time delivery, productivity, lean manufacturing, environmental impact reduction and cost-out activities. this require a high level of collaboration with all the Value Stream Managers and a strong influence on all Production Supervisors and Team Leaders. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Direct responsibility for Manufacturing operations + Accountable for Plant throughput, on-time performance, quality, and productivity. + Leads efforts to improve quality and cost of all products, processes and services of the operation. + Assure ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EHS compliance plus drives for continuous improvement in safety, environmental impact, workplace organization and cleanliness. + Assures proper training and development of manufacturing associates at all levels. + Makes sure all departmental and individual goals are directly aligned with overall plant goals. **What We're Looking For** + The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + _Bachelor degree in Engineering_ + _5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment_ + _Minimum 3 years of experience leading people or project teams._ + _Proven leading teams skills._ + _Strong knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, production/materials planning, SPC, problem solving methods, root cause analysis and systems applications._ + _Strong oral and written communication skills, both English and Spanish._ **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
