Temp-to-Hire position$31.25 to $40.86 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Lead, train, support, and motivate production staff to meet daily goalsTroubleshoot and operate equipment when necessaryPlan and assign daily production tasks to meet efficiency targetsMaintain and enforce workplace safety and GMP complianceCollaborate closely with the VP of Operations to meet production targets and drive process improvementsProduction Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experienceProven experience with blending, encapsulation, filling, and packaging processesStrong understanding of GMP and relevant regulatory standardsEffective leadership and team-building skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
