The Marketing and Creative Department for EF Educational Tours (ET), and Explore America (EA) divisions of EF Education First, is seeking a driven leader and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our new Production Team.  The Production Team is a new group designed to streamline and elevate the execution of on-brand high-volume, lower-priority marketing production work, what we currently classify as C and D tier projects. These include projects such as emails, event support, print material, merch, web pages, basic video edits, updating itineraries, copywriting and proofreading work, inventory management, and translation and general updates. These projects are critical but do not require a full strategic and conceptual lift. There are opportunities to reimagine how production work is done. This studio will also function as a “lab” to experiment and optimize the use of technology in our processes and output.  So, if you are a self-starter, and love being around other passionate entrepreneurs with an eye on detail and a knack for process improvement, read on.   Responsibilities: Manage The Production Team members—one digital lead, one copywriter, one designer Act as a traffic coordinator, leading project management across all creative and production workflows, and working within our Project Management tool. Coordinate with vendors for merch, print, and translation services. Oversee inventory management and reordering of materials. Manage timelines, approvals, templates/assets, and cross-functional communication, and report on intake, output, deadlines. Ability to juggle multiple overlapping projects/deadlines and quick-turn requests.  Support event production logistics (e.g., summits, conferences). Collaborate with other teams on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and quality output.Explore the use of AI in process-related and executional efficiencies and improvements.    Ideal Traits: Profile: The manager and operational glue of the team—organized, proactive, and production-savvy. Experience: 5+ years of project management and production work, managerial experience Resourceful Passionate Solution-oriented People-savvy   …always thinking two steps ahead.     What we offer: Join an amazing team of passionate individuals from across the globe.
