What You’ll Bring Technical degree (Engineering or related field) 5–10+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience Proven knowledge of Lean, TPM, and Kaizen Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a strong asset
