In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated front-line employees at our Lifecycle Services location, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of products. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Coordinates, directs, and oversees the schedules, workload and productivity of front-line employees
+ Identify and improve current operating procedures for efficiency, safety and/or quality improvement by collecting, evaluating and assessing production data
+ Support environmental, safety, and health programs and all ‘5S’ initiatives
+ Responsible for employee performance management, development, recognition and communication
+ Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects
+ Supports quality management system programs including ISO 9001:2000 initiatives
+ Provide communication and support to other departments and maintains positive relationships with sales channels
+ Responsible for purchase of materials, parts and tools as well as preparation of appropriation requests for capital investments
+ Understands operational budget and can knowledgably articulate profit & loss impacts to Region Manager
+ Manages and leads all aspects of inventory needs for production.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum 5 years management or supervision of direct reports in a manufacturing environment required. Will consider Emerson experience as a valuable substitute.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills; both oral and written
+ Strong social skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to influence and inspire change.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Knowledge of and prior experience with Fisher products, manufacturing processes and organization preferred.
+ Five years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
+ Appropriate BS or BA degree preferred.
+ Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
