We are recruiting for an experienced production leader looking to drive performance, quality, and team development in a fast-paced environment? We are recruiting for a **Production Manager** to play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency in our client’s linen services facility.
**This role will:**
+ Train, coach, and support Production Supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
+ Monitor and control production costs, labor efficiency, and linen quality standards.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and employee training requirements, including OSHA standards.
+ Collaborate with HR to assess hiring and employee development needs.
+ Review performance metrics and initiate improvement programs that drive productivity and reduce turnover.
+ Act as backup for Production Supervisors, manage scheduling and leave approvals.
+ Communicate with Sales, Service, and Office departments to address customer needs and resolve concerns promptly.
+ Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of production equipment.
Candidates should possess:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1+ years of relevant production supervisory experience.
+ Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to train and lead others effectively.
+ Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues professionally.
+ Experience with ADP or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
