You’ll work cross-functionally with departments across the business and take ownership of team performance, continuous improvement, and colleague development.   Lead and inspire your team, fostering a values-led, people-first culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Drive food safety and quality, acting swiftly to manage risks. Deliver production plans efficiently and cost-effectively. Use KPIs and data to guide decisions and lead improvement projects. Manage staffing, recruitment, and development to build high-performing teams.
