**Job Title: Production Machine Operator** **Pay Scale** Pay starts between $18-19 depending on interview. Pay raise after 4 months, 6 months, a year. Pay will be $26+ after 2 years. **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Technician, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our coater and tuber lines. The coater line applies specialized coatings to flexible packaging and is staffed by Coater Operators and Assistants. The tuber line is a form-fill-seal tubing line that produces packaging from roll stock, managed by Tuber Operators. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain coater and tuber lines. + Perform basic troubleshooting and machine setup. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality. + Apply mechanical aptitude to understand machine operations and detect malfunctions. + Perform heavy lifting of up to 50lbs repetitively. + Ensure safety and maintain excellent attendance. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with basic troubleshooting and machine setup. + Strong initiative and ability to perform visual quality checks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in an operating role. + Experience in any production role. + Experience with setting up machines or turnovers. **Why Work Here?** We offer professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement to support your growth.
