Starting Wage: $28.37 + $2.30 shift differential 

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 4:48 pm - 3:18 am 

Location: Faribault South, MN

What you will do: 

Duties include the setup and operation of various automatic and manual production machines, such as the Twin Column Press, Opti-Shear, Water Jet, or like equipment, to fabricate and produce parts according to engineering specifications.  Makes adjustments to ensure parts conform to qualify specifications.  Loads and unloads parts and sorts finished parts.  Performs total productive maintenance and related duties to ensure proper operation of machine/s.  Performs 5S procedures.  Takes part in the training process for all new team members.  Provides input regarding the performance of new team members.  Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams. Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience
