What you will do:
As a Production Line Lead, you will track progress to manufacturing schedule and take necessary action to ensure supply plan has been met including determining labor requirements and staffing levels daily. As well as the responsibilities listed below:
Obtain and execute production scheduleTake responsibility for the logistics of daily, weekly, monthly meetings and present information to team membersEscalate issues requiring additional resources to manufacturing leadershipLead problem solving/root cause investigations; implement process and systemic improvementsEnsure accountability of associates including training timeliness and adherence to company policiesEmphasizing quality importance through production processesCommunicate with team members during shift hand-off Collaborate with Supervisor to provide feedback on team members in area of responsibilityPerform or assist with in-process quality checks where applicable; communicating with department regarding quality issues as neededProactively drive to enhance and improve the work environmentIdentify and support continuous improvement projects within areaMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
High School or GED3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment or comparablePreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Experience operating and setting up machinesAssociates or Bachelor's degreePhysical Requirements
Ability to work majority of shift standing/walking, requiredOccasional stooping, bending, and/or reaching may be required#INDGQO
