Job Title: Production Line Associate
Job Description
The production line associate role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the production line. The individual will work under the general supervision of the Production Manager and must maintain full attention to their surroundings while working at a steady pace on a continuously moving production line. The role requires multitasking and adapting to various work assignments, while ensuring the work area remains clean and all safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines are followed. The associate must work well in a team environment to meet production quality and quantity standards while minimizing waste and downtime.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective operation of the production line to meet company production goals.Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines.Adapt to various work assignments and multitask effectively.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production quality and quantity standards.Set up the line, manage product changeovers, and adjust line equipment.Operate processing, filling, and packaging production line equipment.Perform quality inspections of products and packaging, including visual checks of raw materials, labels, date codes, weights, and seals.Monitor work activities of the line team to ensure effective operation and minimize downtime.Process inventory control transactions using SAP and complete necessary paperwork.Perform allergen cleanup and daily housekeeping duties.Assist in training employees on equipment operation and company processes.Demonstrate dependability and care for the work performed.Essential Skills
Ability to read and write clearly and effectively.Capability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts and remain attentive to machinery.Experience in industrial or production environments.Proficiency in machine operation and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in warehouse production, loading, and packing.Troubleshooting skills.Experience with SAP for inventory control transactions.Ability to work well in a team setting.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is air-conditioned, clean, and indoors, with the aroma of seasonings. Associates must be comfortable with wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to meet food manufacturing safety standards.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
