As a Production Leader for Rolls-Royce, you’ll lead all aspects of manufacturing activity across multiple departments. This is an exciting opportunity, as you’ll be fully accountable for ensuring that agreed current and future customer quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements are met for the designated commodity throughout the product life cycle.

Basic Requirements:
An Associate’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;A Masters degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;JD/PhDIn lieu of a degree, 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a US citizenPreferred Requirements:
Six Sigma certificationERP/SAP knowledgeWhat we offer
