Production Leader PS
**About this role** This position supervises entry-level and intermediate-level professional employees or team leaders of production employees and sets day-to-day goals. It manages cell productivity and guides scheduling, work sequencing, and production innovation to optimize output. **Key Responsibilities** + Ensures that all quality-related elements for multiple cells or a complex cell are completed and documented to meet established quality standards. + Guides cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. + Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production timelines. + Guides work sequencing, such as build and delivery, for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity. + Oversees material activities and resolves logistics issues for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure material availability and smooth operations. + Manages the performance and productivity of multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize output. + Guides production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities. + Interacts with customers to understand their needs and issues, and to ensure customers receive satisfactory service standards. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader in production or operational areas. + Conversational English. + Experience managing teams of over 200 people. + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + General knowledge of presses. **Skills** + Leadership. + Business judgment. + Teamwork. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
