Experience:

At least 3 years of experience preferably in mechanics, machine tools.

Preferential experience in adjusting mechanical metal process machines.

Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Control).

Basic experience in the operation of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.

Education:

School completed. Desirable the finished engineering career.

Knowledge:

Reading and interpretation of plans

S.P.C. and inspection of the 1st article, process inspection.

Management and use of measuring equipment as appropriate for compliance with product quality.

Knowledge of Machines and Tools.

Management and interpretation of layout.

Standardized work of the process to operate.

Shipping and quality metrics.

Company quality documents.

Energy block corresponding to the machines to be operated.

Filling and handling the work order.

Specific Responsibilities:

Supports activities in the absence of the production supervisor.

Execute the activities indicated by your supervisor.

Meets the goals and metrics required for your area.

Has knowledge of complex and multiple set up of AFS process machines.

Understands the assembly and adjustment of the tools according to the layout corresponding to the work instructions of the machines.

Interpret work drawings, drawings of the parts (lay out).

Use your experience and training to operate the machines and produce parts, avoiding defects in the finished product when required.

Review and comply with the corresponding product inspections during the process, and the filling of the Inspection record to ensure adhere to the specific dimensions. (process inspection randomly).

Acts as a guide and role model for the personnel assigned to it.

Recognizes the malfunction of the machine and / or problems with the tools and makes the necessary corrections with the specialist and set up / trainer.

Know the tools that can be replaced when the standard tool is not available.

Use and know the hand tools and measurement according to your control plan.

Maintains the work area and equipment clean, safe and in an orderly manner through its work team.

Know the detail of the production and quality reports.

Guarantees daily checks of the equipment through the Autonomous Maintenance Check List of its operators.
