Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring daily production operations and ensure targets are achievedMonitor production processes and optimize efficiencyCoordinate with related departments to resolve production issuesEnsure compliance with quality standards and safety proceduresLead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goalsOvercoming problems that arise during the all process (trouble shooting)

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant as production supervisorPrior experience in pharmaceutical plant preferredPeople management experience is requiredGood communication skillsStrong troubleshooting skills and agile mindset
