Requirements:

5+ years experience as a production or shop foreman 3+ years supervisory and leadership experience 2+ years experience in production operations and machinery 2+ years experience in welding, machining, and fabrication Experience working with prints/schematics

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of processes and equipment Ability to troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities:

Oversee production operations on assigned shift Prepare work schedules for efficient operations Notify maintenance department of equipment problems Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures Complete and sign paperwork correctly

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
