Job Title: Production Lead Location: Devens, MA (Day and Night Shift Openings Available) Hours/Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts (7:00AM-7:00PM & 7:00PM-7:00AM) Compensation: $80,000–$90,000/year + 7% annual bonus Type: Direct Hire Overview Our client, a leading API pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking two Production Leads to join their expanding Devens, MA facility. Responsibilities + Promote a safe, positive, and compliant work environment by ensuring staff have the knowledge, tools, and training needed for success + Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and feedback to production staff, developing them to their full potential + Lead daily operations, ensuring product quality and safety while meeting output targets. + Organize and support training activities, ensuring timely completion of GMP requirements + Maintain accurate documentation of all production processes in compliance with FDA cGMPs, DEA regulations, and company SOPs + Partner with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Materials to troubleshoot and improve processes + Support the Production Supervisor with performance management, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements + AA/BA in a STEM field with 3-5 years’ experience OR High School Diploma/Pharma Certification with 7-10 years’ experience + Experience working with small molecule APIs – REQUIRED + Prior GMP production experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (CDMO experience strongly preferred) + Demonstrated leadership experience-supervising or mentoring teams in a regulated manufacturing setting + Solid working knowledge of FDA, GMP, and DEA regulations + Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable + Must be able to hit the ground running-a seasoned professional who can lead on day one #M-3 #LI-MM1 Ref: #558-Scientific System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
