Production Lead
Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Leads at a local client in Wheeling, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay starting at $21.50-$25.00-$25.00/hr. We’re looking for candidates who are ready to lead, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Shift & Training Schedule** + 3rd Shift: Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM + Training: + 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM + 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM + Saturdays may be scheduled overtime **Responsibilities** + Supervise daily production activities + Monitor performance and resolve issues + Train and mentor team members + Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards + Manage inventory and production records + Recommend process improvements and report equipment issues **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED + 1–2 years of relevant experience + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Manufacturing experience and equipment knowledge + Strong multitasking and communication skills + Detail-oriented and team-focused + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Basic understanding of ISO 13485 + Fluent in English + Prior experience in a multicultural work environment preferred + Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ Flexible schedule for cross-shift training + Strong retention and learning capabilities + Administrative proficiency in writing, math, and Excel **Benefits** + Weekly pay starting at $21.50-$25.00/hr. + Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) + Paid holidays and referral bonuses + Career growth and leadership development **Apply Today** Submit your application now and schedule your interview immediately! **Pay Details:** $21.50 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
