Ecolab is seeking a 2nd Production Lead for our Life Sciences Division. This role is responsible for working with departmental leaders to develop and implement actions to meet plant goals and deliverables. This position will coordinate processes, equipment and people to maintain continuous flow of product and services. What You Will Do:
Lead the second shift Life Sciences team in daily production activities, establishing safety and customer focus as priority. Able to clearly articulate shift goals and communicate overall plant goals with team. Understands key metrics and is conversant in discussing and explaining these key metrics.Monitor compliance with requirements of the quality management system including but not limited to gowning, aseptic process, housekeeping and good documentation practices for second shift. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Life Sciences Leadership to ensure appropriate escalation of compliance issues.Review process documents for accuracy and adherence to departmental SOP and Good Documentation Practices. Drive accountability to team for compliance.Provide skill instruction and feedback to team members. Resolve personnel issues at the line level where possible. Is knowledgeable of Plant Rules and Policies and plays a key role in upholding compliance with rules and policies.Capable of operating all machines in the department in the process of performing lead duties as well as when needed to maintain production, provide break relief or to troubleshoot machine issues.Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, working with maintenance staff to resolve issues. Provide detailed description of issues and resolutions to team, Quality and Operations leadershipLead TPM continuous improvement efforts, including driving 5S and autonomous maintenance activities. Able to conduct root cause analyses and own corrective actions.Other duties as assignedPosition Details:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 / hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
