Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 to $16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers across assigned lines or departmentsEnsure production schedules are met and products are made to specificationMonitor output to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished goodsAdjust personnel or workflow to keep operations running efficiently, especially during changeovers or downtimeProduction Lead Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environmentPrior leadership or line lead experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of GMPs, food safety protocols, and production documentationAbility to communicate clearly in English (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with physical demands (standing, lifting, etc.)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
