What you will do:
As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below:
Lead, guide, and support a team of assemblers to achieve daily production targets.Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Train new team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures.Perform assembly tasks as needed, following procedures.Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues or bottlenecks.Maintain accurate production and performance records.Promote a safe and organized work environment, enforcing company policies and safety regulations.Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, or escalations.What you will need:
Required Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of related medical device experience.Preferred Qualification:
Medical device, Sub - assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience.Leadership or Back up leadership experience.Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.Physical Requirements
