**2nd Shift: Mon – Fri** **3:45pm - 12:15am** **What you will do:** As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below: + Lead, guide, and support a team of assemblers to achieve daily production targets. + Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy. + Train new team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures. + Perform assembly tasks as needed, following procedures. + Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards. + Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues or bottlenecks. + Maintain accurate production and performance records. + Promote a safe and organized work environment, enforcing company policies and safety regulations. + Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. + Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, or escalations. **What you will need:** Required Qualification: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 3 years of related medical device experience. Preferred Qualification: + Medical device, Sub - assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience. + Leadership or Back up leadership experience. + Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope. + Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement. + Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
