RESPONSIBILITIES:                                               

Ensure quality of the product is enforced on the shift.Ensure slurry checks are completed on time and correctly.Responsible for any damaged or scrap molds during the shift.Make sure all procedures and S.O.P.’s are adhered to by performing regular audits.Enforce all safety guidelines within the area.Maintain department housekeeping.Train new employees and provide feedback to improve the quality and performance of existing employees.Identify opportunities for methods and documentation improvement and develop solutions.Administrative duties such as downtime and quality documentation, time card review, and writing work orders.Must be able to coordinate with wax and foundry supervision to determine the configuration (mapping) of a dip line based on available product and production needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
