We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Laborers. The Production Laborer plays a vital role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and safe handling, packaging, and processing of food products. Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process
Assist with the assembly, packing, labeling, and palletizing of food products
Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Support other departments and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Document production data and materials used when required

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP guidelines
Mechanical aptitude or experience operating industrial equipment

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
Must be able to work in hot or cold environments, depending on production needs
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
