Production Inspector
Part inspections will entail use of Calipers, Micrometer, Ring and pin gages, indicators,- as well as other common inspection equipment. **Essential Duties:** + Perform in-process inspections on manufacturing products along side the operators using various precision measuring equipment. + Ensures manufactured parts conform with all customer requirements through the completion of detailed inspection plans/reports. + Identifies and segregates all non-conforming parts found during product inspection through the completion of non-conforming material reports, and provide feedback to operators during operation. + Assists with customer required “over-inspection”, to minimize machine/ operator down time. + Use safe practices and comply with all company policies, procedures and health, safety and environmental regulations, as required. + Follow all safety requirements pertaining to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). + Maintains work space before, during, and after each scheduled shift in accordance with 5S principles. + Complete all paperwork correctly and legibly.
