Our client, a large and reputable bakery in San Luis Obispo, has an immediate need for an entry level Production Helper to join the team on a full-time basis. ... Shift is full-time, 6 days per week. Ideal availabiliy is 10am-10pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Production Helper will perform various duties including, Machine Operator, Mixer, Oven Operator, Pan Setter, Trayer, etc.
Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan and any other programs that support the SQF system and other 3rd party audits.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not needed
