Job Description
As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for material handling and machine operation. Your role will involve packaging and labeling finished products, preparing them for shipping, and assisting with the setup and operation of automated production machinery used in creating weatherizing solutions for large paper rolls. These are utilized in wrapping concrete forms in the construction industry. You will also be involved in shop cleanup, general shop help, and operating a forklift to move materials.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial manufacturing setting, involving heavy machinery. Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and safety glasses. The work schedule requires flexibility, as shifts rotate every 8 weeks between day, swing, and night shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.80 - $24.80/hr.
