As a Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department. Job Title: Production Helper
Location: CHIPLEY, FL
Pay Range: $14.42
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, Fridays as needed
What's the Job?
Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and operation of batting machinery to ensure smooth fiberfill production. Continuously fill scrappers and hoppers to maintain consistent production flow. Help with sweeping the batting room floor and cleaning work areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support team efficiency.What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift. Physical ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull as needed. Strong attention to safety and adherence to safety protocols. Effective communication skills to follow instructions and work as part of a team.What's in it for me?
