Summary: Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls activities of workers engaged in production on a seasonal or annual basis by performing the following duties:
Note: Production Foreperson II residing in Trident housing will be subject to a co-pay of fifteen dollars per day for room and board, for each day that at least 8 hours of work is offered.

Supervises one or more departments within a facility. Ensures proper training for all crew assigned. Working knowledge and understanding of equipment and devices used for production within a department. Proficient in operation of equipment and devices used within a department. Ability to train crews in operations of equipment and devices used within a department. Coordinates with leads to facilitate daily or weekly safety talks. Studies production schedules and estimates staffing, duty assignments and inventory requirements. Applies work procedures to meet production schedules. Coordinates manpower requirements by increasing or decreasing personnel and overtime to meet changing conditions. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Performs activities of workers supervised. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.Teams with FSQA for guidance and compliance.Employees working in Alaska are advised to have medical insurance coverage which is valid in the State of Alaska.
