Key job responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive production finance functions throughout the entire production lifecycle
- Coordinate production accounting communications and maintain critical financial schedules
- Process development payroll and handle legal compliance notifications
- Prepare and distribute production cost summary reports
- Support cross-functional teams with financial data and ad-hoc information requests
A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of strategic financial coordination and collaborative problem-solving. You'll navigate complex production finance landscapes, supporting our creative teams by managing schedules, processing payroll, and maintaining meticulous financial records. From tracking show budgets to coordinating with production accounting teams, you'll be the financial backbone that keeps our entertainment machine running seamlessly.

Basic Qualifications
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* A combination of 3 or more years in entertainment finance and production accounting in the film and television industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly motivated, analytical, proactive, and self-sufficient
* Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Must be able to and be comfortable with seamlessly transitioning from independent work to a group setting and vice versa
* Able to earn the trust and respect of clients and coworkers
* Strong organization and time management skills
* Ability to effectively research, conclude on, and communicate various accounting topics
* Advanced knowledge of various production accounting software: EP Smart Accounting, PSL, and Greenslate.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
