Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required
5 years of experience in process or production engineering within a chemical plant
Plant commissioning experience
Knowledge of PSM, environmental regulations, and ISO 9001 standards
Experience leading safety initiatives and conducting audits
Expertise in root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S) and continuous improvement methodologies
Willingness to mentor junior staff 10% of time
Responsibilities:
Manage chemical manufacturing processes to optimize plant performance
Lead safety initiatives and develop standard operating procedures
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Mentor junior staff to foster professional development
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
