Your Purpose:

As Domain’s Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Content Partnerships, Social and Video team. You are a highly organised and digital-savvy individual with exceptional project management skills, capable of driving the successful delivery of multiple campaigns and creative projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Content Partnerships Team in particular, but also the wider Content Production Team and Sales teams to ensure all content partnership activity is successfully executed, delivering exceptional results for our clients across a wide array of formats including social, video, print and editorial.

What are the main responsibilities/areas of accountability for this position?

Support the Content Partnerships Manager and Content Partnerships Specialist in establishing efficient campaign workflow to support the delivery of content partnership campaigns.

Produce content campaign assets, from article building in Wordpress, to assisting the video team on shoot logistics, to helping the Production Manager organise our photography library.

Track and manage the progress of content campaigns on a daily basis and provide recommendations for campaign optimisations across Domain’s owned amplification channels.

Take ownership of insights-driven reporting for internal stakeholders and external clients - from article sessions to TikTok comments.

Build effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally with agency partners, to achieve cross functional alignment and production of content for campaigns on time, to brief and budget.

Support the Social & Video teams as a part of the wider Production team with ad-hoc administration tasks where necessary, from producing TikTok videos to helping on video shoots manage talent.

Experience / Attributes

Experience supporting the successful delivery of content campaigns, supporting revenue and audience targets. 

Understanding of branded editorial, video and social media amplification and their role in a client’s marketing mix.

Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Clear communication skills and confidence managing external and internal stakeholders.

Proven track record working collaboratively with content creators, account managers and product managers to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget, timing and scope.

Education / Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or Journalism.

2-3 years' experience working at a media agency or within an in-house publisher, media or marketing team.

Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Content or Marketing teams.

Experience with reporting and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager).

Experience working across a wide range of digital mediums, including social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest), digital editorial and video is highly desired
