Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the production schedule to ensure that operations are carried out efficiently and within established timelines. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, General Manager, and production team to achieve these objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as necessary based on changes in demand, raw materials availability, and machine capacity.Work with the General Manager to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure proper stock levels, prevent shortages, and optimize storage.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Track and manage machine capacities, labor resources, and raw material availability.Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.Generate regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and any production issues or delays.Maintain accurate records of production data and schedules.Address production delays, equipment issues, or resource constraints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components required for production.

Essential Skills

Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication abilities.Solid understanding of production processes.Proven Material & Resource planning experience (3 to 5 years).Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English.Trained in Good Manufacturing Practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school education.Familiarity with E1 or equivalent MRP system.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
