Production Coordinator
Job Description A Large retail client is seeking an Event & Production Coordinator to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Activations & Strategy Manager. This role focuses on flawless execution, compliance, and process improvement for in-store activations, celebrity/influencer engagements, and event approvals across Walmart properties. Key Responsibilities Support the approval workflow for 2,000+ events annually, including pop-ups, food trucks, concerts, and celebrity appearances Assist in scheduling, documentation, and logistics for in-store filming and production shoots Maintain records and track status updates for all events and activations Help manage the event approval process and escalate issues as needed Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for event activities and vendor coordination Build and update monthly recap decks highlighting events, outcomes, and key insights for leadership Compile data-driven reports on event performance and process improvements Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and compliance requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or production operations (retail, entertainment, agency, or similar environments preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and deck building Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and collaborative mindset Occasional travel may be required
