Who You Are:

We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Production Coordinator to join the Michael Kors Collection production team for Women’s Ready-to-wear & Accessories. This role encompasses overseeing the production process from conception to final delivery, ensuring that our exceptional standards of quality and timeliness are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong organizational skills, and an acute attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Production Management:

- Coordinate and assist in the production schedule to ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

Supplier and Vendor Liaison:

- Communicate effectively with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other vendors.

- Manage and maintain relationships to ensure quality control and timely delivery of materials.

Development:

- Assist in the fitting process, liaising between designers and production teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain production documentation and systems.

- Generate regular updates and reports for management on production status.

Problem Solving:

- Identify production-related challenges and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.

- Ensure that any issues that arise during production are addressed promptly and efficiently.

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree1+ years of experience in production coordination within the fashion industry, preferably luxury.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with RLM, Joor and PLM a bonusA keen eye for detail and a passion for high-end fashion.
