We are looking for a Production Control Supervisor to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA! The Production Control Supervisor will supervise a team of Material Associates who support the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) business. They will set up day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring scheduling, inventory, 3PL, and customer furnished materials.

This role will be onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

What You Will Do:

Lead the team that: Prepares, maintains, and analyzes production reports to identify and resolve performance problems.Organize and arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedulesEstablish production priorities based on customer’s requirementsMaintain a clean MRP system for part numbers and conduct cycle counts accordingly to maintain good inventory trackingCompile information, prepare, manages, and maintain production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.Communicate with suppliers to verify shipment details to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shipments.Manages/strategize with internal suppliers to come up with effective plans to support MRO operations.Assist in resolving materials problems in production processes by following specific detailed instructions and under the guidance of more experienced materials professionals.Analyze inventory and coordinates with purchasing on replenishment processes and stocking levelsEnsures any actively supports employees’ career development0-10% travel required

Must Have Qualifications:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experienceExperience in leading CI events and the use of CI tools and lean methodologyExperience with Material Resource Planning

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
