None/Not RequiredWe are looking for a Production Control Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY! The Production Control Supervisor will supervise a team of Material Associates who support the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) business. They will set up day-to-day activities and assist in managing and monitoring scheduling, inventory, 3PL, and customer furnished materials.
This role will be onsite in Louisville, KY.
What You Will Do:
Owns the Parts Inventory (customer/internally furnished) levels to ensure production orders are fulfilled, while keeping inventory at acceptable financial levels.Manages 3PL relationshipsManages/strategizes internal suppliers to come up with effective plans to support MRO operations.Responsible for Shipping and Receiving PersonnelCorresponds with Customers regarding repairs/quotesAnalyzes inventory and coordinates with purchasing on replenishment processes and stocking levelsPlans and maintain proper staffing levels in area of responsibilityEnsure and actively support employees’ career developmentManages team performance by addressing issues promptly, providing actionable feedback, and resolving conflicts to maintain operational effectivenessEnsures workplace is safe and free of significant hazardsPerforms other duties as assigned0-10% travel requiredWorking Environment: Office and Shop Floor
Must Have Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in leading CI events and the use of CI tools and lean methodologyMinimum of 2 years of experience in operations and/ or aerospace industryEngineering and Operations experience in a Landing Gear MRO environment is highly preferredKnowledge of agency (ex, FAA) regulations for aircraft maintenance & certification is highly preferredWhat We Offer

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
