Landing systems LGMRO is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Production Control & Inventory Manager** to join the Collins MRO site. The **Production Control & Inventory Manager** leads and coordinates all aspects of production scheduling, inventory planning, and materials flow in a manufacturing environment in line with SIOP. This role ensures efficient production processes, optimizes material availability, reduces costs, and delivers on-time shipments to customers by collaborating closely with planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams
**Position is 100% Onsite at Miami Facility**
**Relocation allowance will be provided**
**What You Will** **Do:**
+ Develop and implement production control strategies to optimize scheduling, reduce downtime, and meet customer delivery targets
+ Manage and prioritize production schedules, aligning with sales orders, inventory levels, capacity, and raw material availability
+ Monitor production KPIs like output volume, yield, lead time, and on-time delivery; analyze trends and recommend corrective actions
+ Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, safety stock levels, and stock rotation using ERP/SAP systems
+ Forecast material requirements, using historical data and sales projections to minimize stockouts and overstock scenarios
+ Collaborate with procurement and suppliers, ensuring timely sourcing of quality materials at optimal cost
+ Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (e.g., 5S, DMAIC) to streamline processes and reduce waste .
+ Maintain compliance with internal controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley), quality, health, and safety standards
+ Lead, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment
+ Generate performance & inventory reports, presenting insights and improvement plans to senior management
**Qualifications We** **Require**
+ Typically requires: A University Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
+ Experience in production control or inventory management .
+ Experience in leadership responsibilities and managing people.
+ Experience in ERP
+ U.S. Person – Military contract stipulates the candidates must be U.S. Persons.
**Qualifications We** **Prefer**
+ Experience in SAP
+ APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and data-driven decision-making abilities
+ Working knowledge of inventory management methodologies (e.g., cycle counts, MOQ, safety stock)
+ Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
+ Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., Control of Government Property, ISO standards).
+ Experience with SIOP
+ Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supplier coordination.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
