Our client is a leading organization in the oil and gas industry are recruiting for a Production CCR Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in engineering & operational phase for major LNG project in Mozambique. Based initially in the Milan office for engineering phase, before moving to site to oversee Operations.

Role Overview

Review engineering documents and develop production procedures during the engineering phase. Participate in start-up sequences and HAZOP reviews to minimize flare emissions. Develop and implement production processes and recruit/train production staff. Supervise and manage Panel Operator activities within the Central Control Room of the LNG Plant. Ensure alignment of field and control room activities to achieve LNG production targets. Monitor and control plant production parameters to ensure smooth operations. Guide panel operators during critical phases such as start-up, shutdown, and emergencies. Conduct risk assessments for inhibitions and manage plant safety devices. Lead and develop the CCR team, ensuring optimal performance and commitment. Train and mentor future panel operators on DCS operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of DCS panel operations. Strong understanding of Safety Shut Down Systems (ESD, ESD1, ESD2, EDP1, EDP2). In-depth knowledge of oil & gas / LNG production processes and methods. Proficient in natural gas treatment, LNG production activities, storage & loading, and utilities operations. Ability to troubleshoot process problems effectively. Knowledge of PTW systems in the oil & gas industry. Experience with Emergency Response systems.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent with relevant international experience. Experience: Minimum 15 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical production; at least 10 years in senior production roles; 7 years in LNG production plants.
