Responsibilities:
Looking for the right candidate to work with hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions to perform a series of operations resulting in the assembly of custom cable assemblies ... Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes outlined on production drawings and work order travelers
Perform in-process inspection
Provide job function support to coworkers as needed
Opportunity to learn all facets of Production areas including Quality Control
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Manager ? Use good practices to assure all products are built to the highest standard of quality

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience in a similar role.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Hand dexterity important; small parts being assembled
Tasks are generally of a repetitive nature, must be able to do the same task for an extended period of time with precision
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing a strong plus
Likes to work with their hands
Understand how to read measurements on a ruler
Familiarity with IPC Standards a plus
Soldering experience a strong plus
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirement a plus
