Job Description:
Join our production team as a Counter/Machine Operator, an entry-level role crucial to our label manufacturing process. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders, including machine setup, running production jobs, performing essential quality checks, and ensuring all finished products are accurately packaged and inventoried. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual eager to be trained and contribute to our commitment to high-quality output.
Responsibilities:
Take customer orders assigned and read each order thoroughlySet up machine according to the specifications of the orderMeasure label sizes to set up counter settings and core sizes appropriatelyRun a quality check of each job prior to running a full job. Obtain assistance or approval as needed prior to running the full jobProcess the full run of labels according to the customer’s specificationsPrint address label and core labelsDetermine packaging size and quantity if not already provided in the job informationPackage product according to requirementsProcess the inventory according to procedure; larger jobs may need to be placed on skids.Complete daily job to job press sheet to track each jobEducation: High School
High school diploma or gedExperience: 6 months
